Tapped out...
~ I am having one of those weeks where I am not having many deep thoughts, and don't feel as though I am learning much spiritually, or maybe not listening well. I have, however been continuing my commitment with the 21 days to change, and getting up early to pray, and read. So if any of you have any specific prayer requests, I am praying every day, and will add you to my list! (and it would help my motivation!)

I've got a couple of big ones for you Kristin. My 36 year old nephew, John was diagnosed two weeks ago with colo-rectal cancer, lung cancer AND liver cancer. He had a cath port put in Thursday and his chemo ($5000 PER PILL!) and radiation start tomorrow. He's upbeat spiritually and knows God is in control, but prayer is always welcome. He and his wife have been married for about 4 years and do not have any children yet. On top of that, his father, Jack, who's an insulin dependent diabetic is 1% away from renal failure. He's at 16% right now and at 15% he goes on dialysis and they start looking for a donor. John's started a blog to keep his family and friends up to date.
